Panther Thai Boxing Academy develops Thai Boxing
Panther Thai Boxing Academy has donated 18 pairs of Thai Boxing shorts to Quinton Bernard, of the Western Province Thai Boxing and Kickboxing Association. Anthony Kettle head coach at Panther Thai Boxing Academy has decided to donate the shorts to the Western Province Thai Boxing and Kickboxing Association,
as part of a development of the sport, Thai Boxing. Anthony says that he saw students from "The Under Dogs" in Eerste River competing
in their boxers/underpants in a ThaiHolics tournament in Table view.
Although the competitors did not have the correct equipment, they had heart, and after consulting with the Western Province Thai Boxing
and Kickboxing Association it was decided that The Under Dogs, and a group of Street Kids taught by Quinton Bernard, would be the recipients
of these gifts, as it was where it was most needed.
Panther Thai Boxing Academy will soon be sponsoring a Previously Disadvantaged learner, as part of its development program.
